Tracy is a long-time Cape Cod resident and a true fixture at Brewster Veterinary Hospital, having started with us back in 2016. Known as the “lab lady” by our staff, a familiar face to our clients, and the lady with a pocket full of cookies to our furry friends, Tracy is famous for her warmth and going above and beyond for every client and patient. She runs on coffee, kindness, and her endless passion for making every visit special.
With years of customer service experience and a heart of gold, Tracy now leads the client service department as our Team Lead and is a valued member of the BVH leadership team. Whether she’s helping her team navigate client needs with a smile or creating “wow” moments for everyone who walks through the door, Tracy brings energy, creativity, and laughter to every corner of the hospital.
When Tracy’s not making magic happen at BVH, she’s out enjoying walks with her kids—all of whom have four legs and tails that never stop wagging.
